Last updated: 20/04/2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to PlumbFlow ("Platform"), a service provided by U-Flow Solutions (PTY) LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service outline the rules, obligations, and limitations that govern your use of the PlumbFlow platform. By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

PlumbFlow is designed exclusively for businesses and tradespeople. By signing up, you represent that you are acting in a business or professional capacity.

2. Accounts, Trials, and Subscriptions

2.1 Free Trial: We provide a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate the platform. Once the 14-day trial period expires, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the service.

2.2 Subscription Plans: PlumbFlow offers three paid tiers: Starter (£29/month), Pro (£49/month), and Growth (£79/month).

2.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By providing your payment method, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge the applicable monthly fee until you cancel.

2.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

2.5 Account Suspension: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. We offer a 7-day grace period for missed payments. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account access will be suspended. We will retain your data for an additional 30 days from the date of suspension before it is marked for permanent deletion.

3. Data Control and Responsibilities

PlumbFlow allows you to store and manage information relating to your own clients and customers.

Under data protection laws (UK GDPR), you are the Data Controller for any customer data you input into PlumbFlow. We act strictly as your Data Processor.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent from your customers to gather their personal information, send them SMS messages (via Twilio), and process their data using our platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PlumbFlow only for its intended purpose of managing a plumbing or similar trades business. You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Use the integrated Twilio SMS features to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or abusive messages to customers.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the security and functionality of the platform.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or highly sensitive restricted data (such as medical records or customer credit card details) into job notes.

5. Uptime and Third-Party Dependencies

PlumbFlow heavily relies on world-class third-party infrastructure components, including but not limited to Vercel (Hosting), Supabase (Database), Stripe (Payments), Twilio (SMS), and Google Workspace APIs.

While we strive to keep the platform available 24/7, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network outages, or downtime originating from our third-party dependency providers. We will not be held liable for any loss of revenue, business interruptions, or missed jobs resulting from temporary platform unavailability.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property: U-Flow Solutions (PTY) LTD retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the PlumbFlow platform, its source code, design, logos, and features. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform while your subscription is active.

Our total liability regarding any claims under these Terms is strictly limited to the amount you paid us for the platform in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
