Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct — you can start your 14-day trial with just an email address. No payment details needed until your trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account is paused (not deleted) and you can reactivate any time.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing settings page. Changes take effect immediately.
Does PlumbFlow take a cut of my customer payments?
No. PlumbFlow does not take any percentage of your customer payments. You pay the flat monthly subscription and Stripe's standard transaction fee (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards). All money goes directly to your bank.
Are Twilio SMS costs included?
SMS costs are charged to your own Twilio account based on usage. Typical costs are very low (a few pence per SMS) and you'll pay Twilio directly, not PlumbFlow.
